ABOUT ME
ELIDÉ is a Chicana muralist and painter born in Corona, Ca and raised in Garden Grove and Riverside County. She specializes in paying homage to her Mexican roots, as well as being constantly inspired through world cultures, music, and connection. ELIDÉ’S artwork is grounded in her cultural integrity and knowledge that she has gained throughout life as a way to convey her experiences through bright and colorful personal works of art with acrylic, oil, and spray paint. Each piece is her offering, a way to honor the past, navigate the present, and to create a future rooted in connection to others and self-discovery.
She has exhibited her work in several galleries, including the Ontario Museum of History and Art, Escondido Center for the Arts, The Center for Social Justice and Civil Liberties, and local businesses throughout the Inland Empire.
